20th Anniversary!

    Pegasus Pizza was established in 1989 at its current location.

    We are proud to be celebrating our 20th. Year, as a successful,  locally owned, family operated business.

    Over the last 20 years there have been many changes, but the one thing that has not changed is our continual hard work and effort to continually improve our product, our premises, and our customer service.

    Pegasus has consistently been named one of the best Pizza Restaurants in the State of Oregon, and has won “Best of Eugene” titles more than a Dozen times.

    During our anniversary period, we will be offering Specials and give away’s that will be up dated on our Website along with our menu.

Pizza Econ. 101

     As a locally owned, hands on operated business, we are able to respond quickly to changes in the market and the economy.

    Recently, the prices of our main Pizza ingredients ( cheese, flour) have come down from historic highs 10 months ago.

    We have passed on that cost savings to our customers by reducing the prices of virtually all of our Pizzas effective January 1st. 2009.

    A meal for five at Pegasus with a Giant Specialty Pizza ( best value) two large salads ( shared) and a pitcher of Pop, is under $10.00 per person when split between five diners. The same Pizza as take-out only, works out to between $5.00 and $5.50 per. Person.  

Basic Pizza math.

    Every 2 inch increase in diameter, equals an increase of 33% in actual volume. The Larger the Pizza the better the deal!

    The famous and the almost famous ( the rest of us) always receive the identical great service, courtesy and fantastic Pizza, salads and extensive Micro Beer Selection.

     In addition the U/O School of Law, U/0 Business School, Graduate Teachers Fellowship, and many local clubs, businesses and organizations,  utilize our Restaurant and Full Service Bar ( down stairs ) for  special events.
